What is Recovery Coaching?
Recovery Coaching is an NDIS-funded support for people living with a psychosocial disability. It focuses on supporting your recovery journey by building confidence, resilience, and skills to manage everyday life. Recovery Coaches work alongside you to identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and support your wellbeing in a way that respects your choices, experiences, and pace.
Person-Centred Support
Recovery Coaching is built around you, your lived experience, and what matters most in your recovery journey.

We focus on your strengths, resilience, and abilities to support confidence, growth, and wellbeing.
Choice & Control
You remain in control of your decisions, supports, and goals, in line with core NDIS principles.
How Recovery Coaching Supports Your Recovery
Recovery Coaching supports you to build skills, confidence, and routines that support your mental health and independence. Support is tailored to your needs and may include goal setting, building daily structure, strengthening coping strategies and navigating challenges at your own pace. The focus is on hope, empowerment and progress, however that looks for you.
Connecting You to the Right Supports
Recovery Coaches help you connect with the right supports, services, and community resources to support your recovery and wellbeing. This may include working with mental health professionals, community groups, mainstream services, and informal supports. We help you navigate systems while ensuring your voice and choices remain central.
